"Yes We Can", Is A Faith Principle

The slogan used by President Obama in his first campaign is based on a very powerful spiritual principle. I recognized it the moment, I heard it:

Mark 11:22-24 (Living Bible Translation)
In reply Jesus said to the disciples, "If you only have faith in God-- this is the absolute truth-- you can SAY to this Mount of Olives, rise up and fall into the Mediterranean, 'and your command will be obeyed. All that's required is that you really believe and have no doubt!

Listen to me! You can pray for anything, and if you believe, you have it, it's yours!

For candidate Obama, the "mountain" was the Presidency of the United States, and he was "saying" to it: yes we can!

What is your mountain? What is your "faith" declaration to it in 2014? "Listen to me! You can pray for anything, and if you believe you have it, it's yours!".. The words of the Master to you and me!

I first met President Barrack Obama, in August 2006 when he was still a Senator. He has extraordinary faith, and if you come to understand how faith works, nothing will be impossible for you. He is a good man, and we must not tire to pray for him, particularly in the coming year.

In May 2013, President Obama visited Morehouse College in Atlanta, where he received his Honorary Doctorate and gave what is known in America, as the Commencement Speech. You can listen to the speech he gave, by going to this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e50Tt9qJRQk#t=23 (don't forget video content costs more to download, wherever you are, in the world).

You can also listen to the speech I gave to the Morehouse graduating students in May 2012, when I too was given a Doctorate at this historic university and invited to sit on its board of trustees.

Happy New Year..... Your life will never be the same again, mighty man, and woman of faith, because you can!
